TRIP

TRIP (Technician Report Integration Portal) is an industrial portal, which has been structured by the industry best professionals to identify the various requirements to a level of detail, which allows a project schedule to be generated for all the project phases, and justify the cost involvement. The portal is supported by distinctive methodologies that are engineered to enhance the project control and visibility, reduce risk, while integrating the delivery from off-site local facilities, customer sites, and offshore fulfillment centers.

The portal assigns task to the technicians and service engineers, with the details of company name, project name, customer location time zone, level of service, start date, and expected duration of the service. Timesheets maintaining attendance, overtime, leaves, and all such details are also kept into record. A detailed expense report is also generated at the end of the project.
